Not in love with your purchase? No problem! Simply return your unwanted items to us within 14 days of your purchase/order date. Please make sure that your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We hope that this encourages you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit NEVER expires. We receive new styles weekly and hope that we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase does not work.
* We must receive your items within 14 days of your order/purchase date (not the date that you received your item) to be eligible for store credit.
* Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all tags/labels attached.
* Original receipt, invoice or package slip is required with the return.
* Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
* Returns or Exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.
* If items are sent back past the Return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

* ONLINE: If you wish to exchange your unwanted item for another size, you must return your unwanted item/size back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a Store Credit via gift card. You may then place an order for the desired item/size.
* IN-STORE: Simply visit the store location to exchange or return your unwanted item/size.
* Original receipt, invoice or package slip is required with the exchange.
ADDITIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE DETAILS:
* We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns/exchanges. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
* The amount of refunded Store Credit is only for the item(s) purchased and does not include shipping cost.
* We DO NOT send return shipping labels.
* Please allow 3 business days for return processing from the time that we receive the item(s).
* Once your online return/exchange is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit to use online or in store.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Call or Email us at email@example.com and we will resolve this issue right away. We must be notified of all damaged items no later than 3 business days of receiving your item(s) for us to resolve this issue in a proper and timely manner.
